i have not downloaded any microsoft genuine software.but it is saying that i am a victim for counterfeiting genuine microsoft software and its also saying that my computer may be at risk..how to solve this problem.please help me in solving this problem.
Did you install Windows from a genuine Windows CD? If you did, did you register it over the Internet or over thgenuine microsoft software downloadse phone? If you said yes to both, verify that all the information is correct and if it's not give Microsoft a call they will get it fixed for you.
Also, before you call Microsoft, go onto www.microsoft.com and download any updates, the first update should be a program that verifies the validity of your operating system.
