I have Neurofibromatosis type 1 and im looking for penpals who have Nf if any of you have Nf or know anyone with Nf reply to me : ) . I am 16
I have NF, I was born with it, but we didn't really find out that I really had it until I was 15. I'm 23 now.
I am 22 years old and I have NF on my right leg and foot. It is a purple-ish looking thing covering my entire lower leg and a small portion of my foot. Because of it, I have NEVER worn shorts or clothing that would show it. My husband says it doesn't bother him, but I am self conscious

I am 23 and also have Nf Type 1 my youngest daughter does too i have known since being very young

I am 34 am lived with NF since i was diagnosed at 6. My NF is centered around My back ,Trunk with a few in other areas like the top of myneurofibromatosis head. I was very self-conscious about it when I was young and still a little hesitant to take of my shirt.

I am 15 (16 in almost 4 months). I have NF type 1. I go to a camp for it every summer (for 3 summers so far). It's great!

I am 36 I have NF1 and my 10 year old daughter has it as well

I'm 15, i have NF type one, i havn't grown any tumors yet because i have lot's of freckles, my mom said i should start getting them around 20 (she also said 40...) i'm the first person in my family to get it...
i can consider myself as a mutant if i want to...but i don't want to...lol

I have NF type one too. I was diagnosed at age three and I just began to get, what I believe are neurofibromneurofibromatosisas on the my side and stomach. I have been very self-conscious lately and scared. I absolutely do not like to have NF because I feel so abnormal and none of the people I know have NF. I am 15.

Im 18 i have NF type 1 aswell, i have alot of birthmarks/ Freckels and a very few lumps. dont be ashamed, were individuals :)

am a 27 year old male & for the last past 3 years i had 15(NF) removed. in Nov, 2007 i started having a lot of head aches and dizzy blurry vision. some removal of the tumors has helped with some pain but i have a few around my spine n i am always in pain it sucks :( . to u all don't stop living :)
