I can see if you want to lose 40 pounds, and you just can't wait. But why do you get questions on here like losing 5 pounds in 2 days, and such? 5 pounds or so isn't so hard to lose in the course of a week and a half, or two weeks.
So why does it seem like a lot of people rush it into an unhealthy amount of time?
It's the "fast food" world wewhy can't i lose wait live in. We want instant gratification.
I lost 100 lbs. It took me a year and a half to do it. I wish people would understand that real weight loss takes time.
It's healthier to quickly loose 5 pounds then to quickly loose 40 pounds!
You can drop 5 pounds fast in water weight, of course it is not permanent, but if you only need to loose 5 pounds then it'why can't i lose waits probably not necessary anyway.
People want a quick fix, and they don't want to have to work or use any effort to accomplish anything.
Because they look down. And all of a sudden it hits them how fat they are. It's a horrible feeling! They just want to get that weight off them as soon as possible.
